Unable to Generate Pairing Code on Android 4.4

For devices still running Android 4.4 (firmware starting with 1.2.XX), they may encounter difficulties generating a pairing code from our IAdeaCare server. The device may become stuck in the "Initializing" phase.

Solution: Updating the IAdeaCare APK

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

1. Download the IAdeaCare_1.1.116_platform.apk
2. Install the apk by following the attached instructions

Once the installation is complete, you should be able to generate pairing codes without encountering any issues.
