For devices still running Android 4.4 (Firmware starting with 1.2.XX), they may have issues generating a pairing code from our IAdeaCare server. The device may be stuck in Initializing. The devices will need to manually update the IAdeaCare apk to resolve this issue.
To update the APK, you will need to download the IAdeaCare_1.1.115_platform.apk and follow the Install 3rd party apk instructions provided.
