If you are unable to log into IAdeaCare after a server update, you may need to refresh your browser's DNS cache. This will ensure that you are on the correct and most updated version of IAdeaCare.
To complete the DNS Cache refresh, follow the instructions below:
- The quick way is to hold CRTL and hit Refresh or F5. If this does not work, follow the steps below:
- Log into care.Iadea.com
If the player is not on version 1.1.0-47, hit F5 or refresh on your browser and log in again. - If the page does not display correctly, right-click the webpage and select "Inspect".
- Then, right-click the Refresh button and select "Empty Cache and Hard Reload".
