If you are unable to Log into IAdeaCare after a server update, you may need to refresh your browsers' DNS Cache. This will allow you to be on the correct and most updated version of IAdeaCare.
To complete the DNS Cache refresh, follow the instructions below.
The quick way is to hold CRTL and hit Refresh or F5. If this does not work, follow below steps.
- Log into care.Iadea.com
If the player is not on V. 1.1.0-47, hit F5 or refresh on your browser and log in.
- If the page does not look correct, right click webpage and select Inspect.
- Then Right-Click the Refresh button and select Empty Cache and Hard Reload.
