Performing a Factory Reset

A factory default reset restores the player to its original factory state. It removes error settings, formats the internal/removable storage, and resets forgotten passwords.

1. Disconnect all power from the device.
2. Press and hold the "Reset" button on the back of the device.
3. Power on the device while keeping the Reset button pressed. When the Status light is blinking orange, release the button.
4. The player will restore to its original factory state and reboot.

Note: Factory reset can be done via the configuration menu, please check the user manual for more details. 

1. Disconnect all power from the device.
2. Plug in a USB keyboard to the signboard.
3. Power on the signboard and press the "delete" key on the keyboard when the message "press<DEL> key now to clear all settings" appears in the top left corner of the screen.
4. When the screen prompts a confirm dialog, choose yes to continue the reset process.
