Video Streaming - IP Axis Camera

To Set up your IP Axis Camera to work with SignApps Express, follow the below instructions.

You will first need to confirm that the camera model has the ability to stream with url path file type .mjpg

1. Please set up/confirm the User name and password of the IP camera in Axis Camera Management Client.

2.Add authentication in the URL.

E.g. We are using Model P1214-E

Username / password : root / abcd

The specific URL to access the image file on this model is “http:// {IP-Address}/jpg/image.jpg?size=3”

"jpg/image.jpg?size=3” is the path taken from www.ispyconnect.com

(The URLs vary from models: https://www.ispyconnect.com/man.aspx?n=axis&page=12#)

After adding authentication in URL, you will get:

‘http://root:abcd@192.168.1.153/jpg/image.jpg?size=3’

3.Load the URL to SignApps using the HTML5 Widget.

               Note. If schedule it in SignApps Express by Webpage widget directly, please add the widget twice. Otherwise it won’t refresh at all.
