(1)The MAC filter may be enabled on your network router, thus preventing the player from accessing the network. Please ensure you have performed the following steps:

| Register your player with your router | Add the player's MAC address to the MAC filter table of your router. Use lowercase letters* when typing in the MAC address. |
| If your are using wireless connection, you must also register wireless MAC address | Add the wireless adapter's MAC address to the MAC filter table of your router. Use lowercase letters* when typing in the MAC address. |
*Some routers only recognize MAC address in lowercase letters.
(2) Manager Express discovers player via UPnP discovery protocol. The PC where Manager Express was installed on and the player must be under same LAN Subnet. UPnP discover packet also can not cross router as well.
