How to use iCalendar Widget to show events from Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar?

Applicable Models : XDS-1060/1062/1068/1078, XMP-2200/2300/2400, XMP-6200 series .

It requires firmware 4.4.181 or later for XDS-1060, XMP-2200 series. 1.2.11 or later for XMP-6200 series. 1.2.62 or later for XDS-1078.

The IAdea Conference Room Widget works with calendar services that can output to an iCal format such as Google calendar or Outlook calendar.

This widget talks directly to any iCalendar-compatible scheduling software and builds a great conference/meeting room door sign with the XDS-1062, XDS-1068 or XDS-1078 signboards. For Outlook express user. Please reference tutorial below to export Outlook calendar into iCal format.

Please follow the instructions in the training slides to get it function properly on your players.

For XDS-106X players, please use the ConfRoom-(Calendar).wgt . The Calendar will be dependent on which Calendar you are using to sync.

For XDS-1078, please use the light-bar enabled widget [ConfRoom-(Calendar)-XDS-1078-light-bar] in attachment, the color of the light bar can be changed along with meeting room status.
