If the player is direct network accessible ( i.e. can ping the player via its IP address direct ), then user can download the player logs from the Scala Android Player admin panel: http://PLAYER_IP:9090/admin (credentials are the ones entered when configuring the player) then "Get player files" (this way we can also check net5.ini and how the player is configured (HW accel ON or not etc))."
Please note there are 2 options for Get Player files, please get this one "Get player files (From internal. Content folder excluded)".
